At nearly half the size of a sheet of paper,the ScanSnap S1300i is built for convenience and ease of use,a one button approach allows for scanning of multi-page double-sided documents whether at the desk or on the road. Stack up to 10 pages into the automatic document feeder (ADF) and press the blue button.

ScanSnap S1300i is a complete portable solution. Simply press one scanner button to convert color or mono multi page,doubled sided documents into digital PDF files which you can file,organize,share and email. ScanSnap S1300i can be powered either directly from a laptop's USB port or via an AC adapter,making it ideal for business people on the move - in the car,in client's premises and at home.

You need to scan different sized documents? Your paper sheet doesn't enter the scanner perfectly straight? You mistakenly entered your document upside down? You hate having to change the color mode before each scan? You lose too much time removing blank pages after scanning? The ScanSnap S1300i makes you forget about these hurdles and provides files that are the exact replicates of your paper documents.

ScanSnap S1300i scans both sides of each page at up to 12 pages per minute directly to PDF,searchable PDF,JPEG,or to office applications like Word or Excel. The ScanSnap S1300i automatically recognizes the size of each document,detects and corrects for skew,and shows images in their proper orientation. You can even choose to have blank pages automatically removed.

The S1300i supports wireless scanning to iPad,iPhone,Android and Kindle devices for convenient viewing via the mobile app ScanSnap Connect Application.

The S1300i can link to cloud services Dropbox,Evernote,Google Docs,Salesforce CRM and SharePoint Online (for Windows). It also brings some additional cloud syncing functions:Scan to SugarSync and Scan to Salesforce Chatter as well as Scansnap folder for Win OS only where you can scan into your preferred cloud service when no scan interface is available through the import capability.

With ScanSnap Sync built into ScanSnap Organizer software and the ScanSnap Connect app,captured documents are automatically synchronized with all your devices through Dropbox,Google Drive or Microsoft OneDrive.

A few simple steps to digitize and manage the information on your receipts. ScanSnap Receipt allows you to easily scan and extract information from your receipts,and export the data for other accounting software. The sophisticated features within ScanSnap Receipt automatically support various languages and currencies.

Available as an option,use carrier sheets to digitize larger documents (A3/B4),magazine and newspaper clippings,photographs,and more. Scan A3 by folding the document in half,placing in the carrier sheet and then manually scanning both sides,the software will automatically stitch the document together to display A3 on screen.

The optional Quick Menu allows you to quickly transition between different scanning intentions. Just press the scan button and choose where you want your scanned data to be sent.

ABBYY FineReader for ScanSnap bundled OCR (optical character recognition) software lets you scan documents with machine print directly to editable Microsoft Word,Excel and PowerPoint format.
